- Provide accurate details, including your Student ID , mobile no and registered email.
- Select the appropriate category for your grievance.
- Clearly describe the issue with all necessary details.
- You may upload supporting documents if applicable.
- All grievances will be reviewed within 7 working days.
- You will receive updates regarding the status of your grievance via email.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a better learning environment.
Note: False grievances may lead to disciplinary action.
