Submission Guidelines

Dear Students,

We are committed to addressing your grievances in a fair and transparent manner. Please follow the guidelines below for submitting your grievance:

  • Provide accurate details, including your Student ID , mobile no and registered email.
  • Select the appropriate category for your grievance.
  • Clearly describe the issue with all necessary details.
  • You may upload supporting documents if applicable.
  • All grievances will be reviewed within 7 working days.
  • You will receive updates regarding the status of your grievance via email.

Note: False grievances may lead to disciplinary action.
